Komipharm International Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) values the personal information of data subjects and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws of the Republic of Korea. In processing personal information in connection with the operation of its website inquiry form, the Company establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy in order to protect the rights of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

The Company does not provide the personal information of data subjects to outside parties.

The Company currently does not outsource any personal information processing tasks related to the operation of the inquiry form.

If, in the future, tasks such as website operation, system maintenance, or email delivery are outsourced to external companies, the Company will disclose the trustee and the details of the outsourced work in this Privacy Policy.

6.Overseas Transfer of Personal Information

In principle, the Company does not transfer the personal information of data subjects overseas.

If an overseas transfer of personal information occurs in the future through the use of overseas cloud, email, form, or CRM services, the Company will disclose in this Privacy Policy the recipient, the destination country, the date and method of transfer, the items transferred, the purpose of transfer, and the retention and use period, in accordance with relevant laws.

7.Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

When personal information becomes unnecessary — for example, because the retention period has elapsed or the processing purpose has been achieved — the Company destroys it without delay.

11.Automatically Collected Information and Cookies

The Company does not operate cookies for the purpose of personalized advertising or the collection of behavioral information.
